Dr. Jamal Shiha Foundation enters into a protocol with the Journalists Syndicate...

Dr. Jamal Sheha Foundation for Education, Culture, and Sustainable Development and the Syndicate of Journalists of Egypt signed a cooperation protocol yesterday to enhance cooperation in the fields of education and training.
The protocol was signed at the Syndicate of Journalists headquarters in Cairo, in the presence of:
- Dr. Jamal Sheha, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dr. Jamal Sheha Foundation for Education, Culture, and Sustainable Development.
- Khaled El-Balshy, Chairman of the Syndicate of Journalists of Egypt.
- Dr. Hassan Moussa, Secretary-General of the African Foundation for Development and Capacity Building.
- Entesar Khalil, Executive Director of Dr. Jamal Sheha Foundation for Education, Culture, and Sustainable Development.
- Dr. Osama Talba, Executive Director of the African Foundation for Development and Capacity Building.
- Mohamed El-Garhy, Head of the Health Care Committee at the Syndicate of Journalists of Egypt.
- Jamal Abdel Rahim, Secretary-General of the Syndicate.
- Dr. Amr Helmy, Former Minister of Health of Egypt.
The protocol stipulates cooperation between the two institutions in organizing cultural seminars and conferences, conducting general and specialized workshops and training courses, as well as printing and publishing non-periodic booklets and bulletins that focus on cultural and awareness-raising issues for all the nation's citizens.
This cooperation aims to:
- Develop the skills of Egyptian journalists and enhance their professional capabilities.
- Enrich the media discourse on issues of mutual interest.
- Organize cultural seminars and conferences that contribute positively to raising awareness and promoting culture among different segments of society.
Dr. Hassan Moussa emphasized the importance of this cooperation in enhancing the journalism profession in Egypt and the Arab world.
For her part, Entesar Khalil expressed her happiness with signing this protocol, stressing the importance of cooperation between Dr. Jamal Sheha Foundation for Education, Culture, and Sustainable Development and the Syndicate of Journalists of Egypt. She recommended that a team from the Syndicate of Journalists visit the Egyptian Liver Hospital in Sherbin, Dakahlia, to learn about the services and achievements it provides for Egyptian citizens.
In conclusion, Khaled El-Balshy, Chairman of the Syndicate of Journalists, expressed his confidence that this cooperation will have positive results for the journalism profession in Egypt and the Arab world
